TENDER DESCRIPTION

RKH Kliniken of Landkreis Karlsruhe gGmbH plans, in the coming years up to and including 2030, to regularly carry out various measures for further development of the building stock at the Fürst-Stirum-Klinik Bruchsal and Rechbergklinik Bretten locations. These are various projects for new construction, demolition, alteration and refurbishment at the hospital site with its various buildings in Bruchsal and/or Bretten. These are primarily, but not limited to, station refurbishments and conversions, as well as construction projects within the medical function areas and the non-medical areas belonging to hospital operations (e.g. administration, nursing school, conference rooms). The purpose of these measures is to ensure high-quality hospital care in Bruchsal and Bretten. In particular, the measures may include new construction, conversion, extension, refurbishment, modernisation, infrastructure, technical and commissioning measures at the Fürst-Stirum-Klinik Bruchsal and Rechbergklinik Bretten locations.
