TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the invitation to tender is the award of a framework agreement on reagent leasing for rapid PCR analytics for a respiratory 4-plex panel. The service includes the provision of the reagents required for the analytics, quality controls, calibrators, consumables, small parts and other materials, as well as the provision, use and operation of the analytics instruments required for this, including software, interface/connection services, maintenance, repair, updates, support and other service services. The respiratory 4-plex panel includes analytics for the respiratory viruses Influenza A, Influenza B, Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) and severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV/SARS-CoV-2). The objective of the invitation to tender is to ensure economically, according to demand, and reliably the availability of rapid PCR analytics for routine operations at LB and LBS. Remuneration is based on a single unit price per billable result. Separate result prices depending on location, entity, device or quantity are not provided. For the framework agreement covered here, an upper limit for acceptance of 8,288,000.00 EUR net is established.
