The contract timeline is as follows:

The framework agreement begins with the award date. Its initial term ends when the maximum quantity is reached, or at the latest, one year after the start date. If the maximum quantity is not reached within this period, the term can be extended by one year under the same conditions, unless the client gives notice three months before the term expires. The total duration of the framework agreement, including all extension options, is a maximum of four years. Orders placed before the framework agreement's expiry will remain valid until the services are fully rendered.
