The contract timeline is as follows:

The framework agreement begins with the award date. It concludes upon the exhaustion of the maximum quantity or, at the latest, one year after the commencement of the term. Should the maximum quantity not be met, the term automatically extends for an additional year under the same conditions, unless the client provides a cancellation notice at least three months prior to the term's expiration. The total duration of the framework agreement is capped at a maximum of four years, with an assumed contract duration of four years for the estimated quantity. Specific start and end dates or deadlines for individual services ("Beginn" and "Ende/Termin") are to be determined and filled in by the client in the individual call-offs. The delivery and service schedule will either be specified in the contract or mutually agreed upon by the parties post-contract signing. A price adjustment may be announced for the first time 12 months after the contract start.
