TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Munich - Munich Urban Drainage requires reliable laundry services for work and safety clothing as well as household textiles. The subject of the framework agreement is textile services consisting of the cleaning and care of own laundry (work, professional, and safety clothing) as well as the provision, cleaning, and care of rented laundry (flat linen). The services particularly include collection, professional cleaning or laundry care, if necessary drying, ironing, impregnating, and mending, as well as cupboard- and ready-to-use delivery. For rented laundry, the service additionally includes the provision of the textiles. Service Group 1: Cleaning and care of own laundry (work, professional, and safety clothing) This includes in particular: • Collection of work, professional, and safety clothing from the respective departments, • Professional washing or cleaning according to manufacturer specifications and applicable standards, • Drying, if necessary ironing, impregnating as well as mending and minor repairs, • Cupboard- and ready-to-use return delivery to the respective departments.
