TENDER DESCRIPTION

The University of Mannheim intends to enter into a framework agreement to cover its needs for moving and transport services. The subject matter of this framework agreement comprises moving and transport services, dismantling and assembly work, disposal/clear-out, delivery and collection of packaging and transport materials, storage and release of well-preserved furniture, IT and communications requirements, electrical or other items including ongoing warehouse management, joiner services, as well as the application for and implementation of barrier measures in public road traffic in the vicinity of the University of Mannheim. Estimated call-off volume over 2 years: approx. EUR 500,000. Estimated number of measures per year: 250-350. Maximum call-off volume over the entire term of the contract (including extension options): EUR 1,200,000. The contractor has no entitlement to acceptance of a specific minimum quantity or a specific minimum turnover.
