Rahmenvereinbarung Untersuchungs- und Therapieliegen

The contract is concluded for a limited duration of 4 years. The contract start date coincides with the date of the client's order letter, unless otherwise specified in the tender documents or the order letter. The contract prices are fixed until August 31, 2027.

• Performance of Services: The contractor's services cover all health facilities of the client throughout Austria.
• Performance Deadlines: Services must be delivered within the specified deadlines in the call-offs, with a minimum performance period of 12 weeks for the start of service.
• Delivery Conditions: This includes transport and delivery (free to house, Delivered Duty Paid per Incoterms 2020), appropriate and environmentally friendly packaging, provision of delivery notes, and instructions/training.
• Product Range: Products must adhere to the latest state of technology, and provisions for product changes are included.
• Sustainability Standards: Compliance with general, environmental, and social sustainability standards is required.
• Contractor Obligations: These include inspection, coordination, information, and warning duties, as well as documentation obligations and data provision.
• Call-offs: Specific service provision is initiated through separate call-offs from the framework agreement.
• Additional Services: The client can request additional services directly related to the contract, which are implicitly covered by the framework agreement.
