TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the delivery, implementation, integration and maintenance of specialist applications of the VOIS platform, including the usage rights required for this purpose, as well as all associated operating, support and consulting services. The services to be procured are intended to provide a uniform, integrated and future-proof landscape of specialist procedures for the municipalities and municipal entities supported by Südwestfalen-IT. The specialist applications must cover the professional requirements of municipal administrative processes and be capable of being integrated into the existing VOIS system landscape as well as the existing technical and organisational operating structures.
