TENDER DESCRIPTION

The maximum quantity of framework agreement Lot 1 is 1,000 maintenance services. If the contract term is extended by 24 months to a total of 72 months, the maximum quantity is increased by 50% to a total of 1,500 maintenance services. The estimated quantity equals the maximum quantity. The services of framework agreement Lot 1 may be ordered by the following authorities and institutions: The disaster protection authorities of the following federal states which act on behalf of the Federal Government under the federal framework for government contracting and are entitled to call off orders from the KdB: ● The disaster protection authorities of Baden-Württemberg, which are, pursuant to § 4 LKatSG BW: the lower administrative authorities as lower disaster protection authorities (mayors’ offices of the urban districts and district offices); regional councils as higher disaster protection authorities; the Ministry of the Interior as the supreme disaster protection authority. ● The disaster protection authorities of Berlin, which are, pursuant to § 3 KatSG Berlin: regulatory authorities, subordinate regulatory authorities and special authorities responsible for regulatory tasks, as…
