TENDER DESCRIPTION

Subject matter, service levels and calling-off General principle and individual call-offs The framework agreement constitutes the contractual basis for the flexible, needs-based calling-off of individual services (Part A, Section 1). Services shall be called off in accordance with Part B, Sections 1.2 and 1.3; the billing units and unit prices result from the costing sheet (Annex 3). The AN shall provide qualified personnel who have been inducted/instructed regarding the properties, as well as the defined security services on a calling-off basis. The AG determine the specific scope of services (number of hours, qualification level, duty times, deployment locations, priority activities) in a needs-based manner and call off the services by means of individual call-offs or agreed deployment plans. The AN ensures that sufficient qualified, local-area knowledgeable personnel are always available to reliably cover even short-notice and variable requirements.
