Subject matter, service levels and calls Basic principle and individual call-ups The framework agreement forms the contractual basis for the flexible, needs-based calling up of individual services (Part A, Clause 1). Services shall be called up in accordance with Part B, Clauses 1.2 and 1.3; the invoicing units and unit prices are set out in the calculation sheet (Annex 3). The contractor provides qualified personnel who have been instructed in the properties, as well as the defined security services on a call-up basis. The client determines the specific scope of services (number of hours, qualification level, deployment times, deployment locations, priority tasks) in a needs-based manner and calls up the services by means of individual call-ups or agreed deployment plans. The contractor ensures that, at all times, sufficient qualified, local area knowledgeable personnel are available to reliably cover short-notice and variable needs.
