TENDER DESCRIPTION

KoPart eG is the purchasing cooperative of the Städte- und Gemeindebund Nordrhein-Westfalen. Its members are municipalities and companies in public ownership. For a number of these member municipalities (participants in KoPart’s electronic catalogue purchasing scheme, as well as possible future members), KoPart eG intends to award the framework agreement for the supply of cleaning and hygiene supplies. The group of members participating in electronic catalogue purchasing can be expanded at any time from among KoPart’s membership. The list of members is available for viewing on the internet. In addition, other public contracting authorities may also become members of KoPart eG and then access the framework agreements. In awarding the framework agreements, KoPart eG acts exclusively as the contracting authority issuing the invitation to tender. After award has been granted, the specifications of services are integrated into KoPart’s electronic catalogue purchasing scheme (a process comparable to a webshop).
