TENDER DESCRIPTION

KoPart eG is the purchasing cooperative of the Städte- und Gemeindebund Nordrhein-Westfalen. Its members are municipalities and companies in public ownership. For a number of these member municipalities (participants in the KoPart electronic catalog purchasing, as well as possible future members), KoPart eG intends to award the framework agreement for the supply of cleaning and hygiene supplies. The group of members participating in electronic catalog purchasing may be expanded at any time from among KoPart’s membership. The list of members can be viewed on the Internet. In addition, other public contracting authorities may also become members of KoPart eG and then access the framework agreements. When awarding the framework agreements, KoPart eG acts exclusively as the contracting authority publishing the invitations to tender. The schedules of services are integrated into the KoPart electronic catalog purchasing (functionality comparable to a webshop) after the award.
