TENDER DESCRIPTION

Landkreis Fulda intends to make bicycles or pedelecs available to eligible employees within the context of an employer bicycle leasing model for official and private use. The basis is the collective agreement on salary conversion for the purpose of leasing bicycles in the municipal public service (TV-Fahrradleasing) dated 25 October 2020. Landkreis Fulda is seeking a reliable leasing partner who will, as part of the bicycle leasing, handle the administrative processing of the leasing and provide insurance packages for the entire term of the contract. Landkreis Fulda will enter into a leasing framework agreement with the contractor, in which the framework conditions for all future individual leasing agreements are established. In addition, Landkreis Fulda will enter into an individual leasing agreement with the lessor for each bicycle or pedelec ordered.
