Framework agreement for the collection and disposal of hazardous waste at the recycling centres in the district of Ostholstein The Zweckverband Ostholstein, business division waste management, operates three recycling centres in the district of Ostholstein: the Recycling Centre North at Meeschendorfer Weg, 23758 Heiligenhafen (Neuratjensdorf), the Recycling Centre Central at Industrieweg 15, 23730 Neustadt i.H., and the Recycling Centre South at Loog 13, 23611 Bad Schwartau. At the three recycling centres, various hazardous wastes from households and businesses are accepted and collected. The quantities collected annually (as of 2025) are listed in the specification of services under item 03.1 Recycling Centre North, 03.2 Recycling Centre Central, 03.3 Recycling Centre South, as well as 03.4 exchange of safety containers and 03.5 provision of safety containers Lithiumba.
