TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Essen, as a public contracting authority, intends to conclude a framework agreement for the equipment of the Essen Fire Department with personal protective equipment (fire protection PPE) with a maximum contract duration of three years (two years basic term plus an extension option of one additional year). The contents are contractually and technically based on the enclosed framework agreement (Annex 01) and the specification/price list (Annex 02). For the procedural process and the subsequent provision of services, the conditions and information in the present bidder's guide are also decisive.
