TENDER DESCRIPTION

The district of Stendal intends to conclude a framework agreement for the delivery of office materials with several, up to three, companies (bidders). The framework agreement will be implemented in 2 stages: In stage 1, companies are selected that are in principle suitable to take over the delivery of office materials for the administration of the district of Stendal and that acknowledge the conditions described in more detail in the tender documents. The district of Stendal concludes a framework agreement with a maximum of three of these selected companies (bidders). The selection of the 3 companies (bidders) with which a framework agreement is to be concluded is based on the tender for the contract year 2027 (performance year 01.01. to 31.12.2027). With the 3 most economically advantageous bidders according to this tender (award criterion 100 % price), the framework agreement for the term 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2030 is concluded (1st stage).
