TENDER DESCRIPTION

As the Südwestrundfunk (SWR) is a public-law broadcasting institution of ARD, it is necessarily dependent on a functioning IT infrastructure in order to fulfil its tasks. For efficient process control, central elements are necessary in the age of digital communication in order to be able to plan, carry out and implement processes digitally both internally and across ARD. At Südwestrundfunk and the subscribed state broadcasting institutions that are entitled to participate, different software solutions for network management are currently in use. Across the board, the network management tool CheckMK is already in use by a large number of the entitled parties and is deeply integrated into the system landscape. As part of the ARD structural reform, a holistic solution is to be established across ARD. For this purpose, services for the Checkmk product are to be procured for Südwestrundfunk and other entitled state broadcasting institutions. In addition, the entitled parties require further services such as consulting and support in the field of network management and for the CheckMK product.
