    TENDER DESCRIPTION

    DFS Deutsche Flugsicherung GmbH aims to establish a structured and company-wide approach to building competencies in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Employees and managers are to be enabled, in accordance with the AI regulation, to use AI applications safely, responsibly, and efficiently in daily work and to systematically harness potentials for the organization. To this end, a multi-level enablement concept is to be implemented that addresses different target groups and competence levels. Central components should be modular learning journeys for employees and managers, which comprise a combination of virtual training formats, guided self-study, and practical exercises. The Copilot License Compact Module is to build on the learning journeys for employees and managers. The content should convey both the basics of Artificial Intelligence and its concrete application in the work context of DFS. Focus areas should particularly include the use of Microsoft Copilot (Basic/Chat and Premium/with license), practice-oriented prompting and use of agents, identification and implementation of use cases, as well as reflection on opportunities, limitations, and risks.
