TENDER DESCRIPTION
DFS Deutsche Flugsicherung GmbH aims to establish a structured, company-wide approach for building competencies in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Employees and managers are to be enabled, in line with the AI Act, to use AI applications safely, responsibly and efficiently in everyday work life, and to systematically identify and develop the potential for the organization. To this end, a multi-stage enablement concept is to be implemented that addresses different target groups and levels of competence. The central components are intended to be learning journeys for employees and managers, built modularly, comprising a combination of virtual training formats, guided self-study and practice-oriented exercises. The Copilot License Compact module is to be built upon within the learning journeys for employees and managers. In terms of content, both basics of Artificial Intelligence and its specific application in the DFS work context are to be conveyed.
