TENDER DESCRIPTION

With the learning journey "Female Empowerment," DFS makes a visible statement for the sustainable promotion of female employees and underscores the commitment to specifically support female talents on their professional and personal paths. The learning journey shall support women in purposefully using their strengths, increasing their visibility and influence, and shaping their careers confidently, authentically, and successfully. At the same time, spaces for networking, mutual support, and joint learning shall be created. The participants shall strengthen their personal impact, gain confidence in handling demanding professional situations, and be empowered to take responsibility, actively shape changes, and set impulses for the further development of DFS. The learning journey shall combine inspiring learning experiences with a high practical relevance, open new perspectives, and empower participants to pursue their individual development and career goals consistently.
