The contract start date is October 1, 2026. The initial contract end date is September 30, 2028, making the initial total duration 2 years (24 months). There is an option for the client to extend the contract by an additional 2 years (24 months). The client must inform the contractor at least two months before the end of the current term if they intend to exercise this extension option. The framework agreement will terminate after a maximum of 48 months (4 years), even with extensions. The contract also concludes if the maximum call-off volume, which corresponds to the bid/award value, is reached.

The core scope of work for this tender involves a framework agreement for the following:

• The delivery of network-independent power supplies, comprising a basic module and a supplementary module.
• The delivery of accessories for the offered devices.
• The warranty maintenance of the offered devices.

The contract has an initial duration of 2 years, with an option for an extension of another 2 years.

Specific deliverables and services, many of which are optional, include:

• Maintenance for the basic module, including all necessary spare parts.
• Maintenance for the supplementary module, including all necessary spare parts.
• Hourly wages for maintenance and general repairs.
• Pick-up and delivery service for devices to and from all deployment locations within the Berlin highway ring.
• On-site service, including arrival and departure from the contractor's operating facility to the client's specified location, and back, encompassing all necessary tools, operating materials, spare parts, and travel, vehicle, and personnel costs (excluding transport services for client devices).
• Delivery of network connection cables.
• Delivery of trolleys.
• Delivery of various modules and accessories such as the basic module, supplementary module, distribution box, module connection cables, extension cables, transport trolley, and protective covers, as previously offered.
