TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this invitation to tender is the award of a framework agreement for the supply of paper for the contracting authorities entitled to place orders, as specified in the contract notice. KoPart eG is the purchasing cooperative of the Association of Cities and Municipalities of North Rhine-Westphalia. Its members include municipalities and companies under public sponsorship. It carries out the procurement procedure for the participating contracting authorities and acts exclusively as the contracting authority publishing the tender. The procurement and processing of individual orders are carried out via the KoPart eG electronic catalogue purchasing system. For this purpose, the tendered items and the associated conditions are, after award, integrated into an electronic ordering platform whose function is comparable to a webshop. The participating members should cover their paper requirements as comprehensively as possible via this platform on the basis of the tendered framework agreement.
