TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contracting authority intends to award, by means of a Europe-wide tender in the open procedure pursuant to Section 15(1) sentence 1 of the VgV, a framework agreement for the procurement of toner cartridges for A 4 printing devices for the judicial authorities of the Free State of Thuringia. The framework agreement will be concluded as a one-supplier framework agreement without any obligation to accept deliveries, with a term of 36 months. The framework agreement begins with the award of the contract. The estimated total quantity to be accepted amounts to approximately 7,900 toner cartridges for 36 months.
