TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the tender is the establishment of a pool of experts for the nationwide implementation in Hesse of the advisory service “Supervision” for police staff. For this purpose, framework agreements are to be concluded with supervisors (hereinafter referred to as the contracting parties). The tender is not for the award of specific supervision assignments. The organisation currently employs more than 20,000 staff members, who are divided into the occupational groups of police officers in the general enforcement service, specialist and administrative officers, and tariff employees (including the border police units on duty). The police profession entails a high degree of complexity in terms of tasks and requirements for individuals. In this context, requirements are increasing not only in terms of professional competence, but also in terms of the personal and social competences of the staff members.
