TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Forschungszentrum Jülich plans to award a framework agreement for services for building automation/control and measuring/regulated systems (BMS/automation) and heating/ventilation/sanitation/refrigeration planning in relation to the buildings of the Forschungszentrum 3. Brief description of the task The contractor (AN) shall support the contracting authority (AG), in particular the Electrical Engineering (B-E) and Supply Engineering (B-V) departments, in carrying out its tasks as flexibly and quickly as possible through its service in the planning process. The planning is structured by cost groups in accordance with DIN 276 or HOAI §53 as follows: Cost group 400 Engineering structures—technical installations • Cost group 410 Installation group 1—Zone II • Cost group 420 Installation group 2—Zone II • Cost group 430 Installation group 3—Zone III • Cost group 480 Building and systems automation (BMS technology) / Installation group 8—Zone III The service may be called off by the contracting authority in partial services from all performance areas to be provided.
