Architectural and engineering services pursuant to §§ 34 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 10 HOAI in the valid version for service phase 1 to 9 including the respective corresponding basic services and special services (among other things: measured inventory recording, preparation of as-built plans, supervision of rectification of defects during the warranty period).
