TENDER DESCRIPTION

The BIM Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH intends to award services for the external storage and management of various archive units. These consist of various file units in paper form, including data carriers integrated there such as CD-Rs, microfilms, security tapes, as well as magnetic tapes. A total volume of currently approx. 53,000 archive units (pcs./AU). The scope of the contract consists of the one-time initial takeover of currently approx. 53,000 archive units (pcs./AU) stored in cartons from the location of the two current contractors. As well as the initial external storage of approx. 3,000 archive units (pcs./AU) from the BIM location every 1 to 2 years, and the annual disposal of approx. 4,500 archive units (pcs./AU). The services tendered are services to be provided on call. Therefore, a framework agreement is tendered without entitlement to a fixed order volume. The quantities listed in the bill of quantities are assumed quantities based on experience from recent years. They serve only for calculation and evaluation in this tender.
