Contracting authority University Hospital Cologne (AöR), represented by medfacilities GmbH, Gleueler Str. 66, 50931 Cologne, as well as medfacilities Betrieb GmbH. Subject matter of the tender Lot-by-lot framework agreements are tendered for ongoing construction maintenance services in accordance with the Standard Performance Specification (STLB) in ongoing hospital and building operations. The relevant trades and performance items are determined bindingly by the tender documents. For each lot, framework agreements are to be concluded with up to five contractors.
