TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of professional, organisational and operational support to the contracting authority’s finance department under a framework agreement with a term of six months starting on 15 October 2026. The contractor is to conduct an in-depth analysis of the existing structures and work processes of the finance department, identify available optimisation potential and develop and implement pragmatic improvements that can be implemented directly. In addition, the contractor is to provide operational support to the finance department in handling the ongoing day-to-day business.
