TENDER DESCRIPTION
Specialist planning services for preventive fire protection. These relate to partial services under AHO, Volume 17 (LPH 1-8), standard and special services, including, among other things: 1. Inventory/survey of existing conditions, 2. Fire protection-related technical assessments (protection of existing rights), 3. Preparation of fire protection concepts in accordance with the basic services of AHO, Volume 17; the required service phases are specified by the contracting authority for each project and, where applicable, commissioned in stages, 4. Updating and supplementing fire protection concepts, 5. Preparation, updating and supplementing of fire protection-related statements, 6. Compensation management, 7. Preparation and adaptation of escape route and rescue route plans, 8. Preparation and adaptation of fire service plans, 9. Preparation of fire protection matrices
