TENDER DESCRIPTION

Landesentwicklungsgesellschaft Thüringen mbH (LEG Thüringen), hereinafter referred to as “Contracting Authority (CA)”, intends to conclude a framework agreement with a qualified service provider for the needs-based provision of catering services in the context of events, conferences, workshops and other business occasions. The services shall be provided on an event-related basis based on individual orders placed by the contracting authority. The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement for the needs-based provision of catering and related gastronomic services for events, conferences, workshops and other business occasions. During the term of the contract, the services shall be requested on an event-related basis through individual orders. With the respective individual order, the contracting authority determines in particular: - the event day and venue, - the start and end of the event, - the expected number of participants, - the requested service package(s), - if applicable, required vegetarian or vegan variants, - the point in time(s) for provision, - other selection options provided for in this specification of services.
