TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the performance is the conclusion of a framework agreement with two contracting parties for the supply of chemical runway de-icing agents to ensure winter operations on the airfield operating surfaces of Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH. The service includes the needs-based provision by the contracting authority of solid and liquid runway de-icing agents for use on airfield operating surfaces. The supplies are delivered to Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg (BER) to the delivery addresses designated by the contracting authority within the security area. The quantity information (Liquid = 8,500 tonnes / Solid = 2,460 tonnes) constitutes estimated quantities. The estimated quantities plus 10% represent the maximum quantities that may be called off under the framework agreement. The two bidders will be contractually bound who, as a result of the evaluation system set out in the invitation to submit a tender, achieve ranking 1 and ranking 2.
