TENDER DESCRIPTION

KID intends to issue a framework agreement, which will then be concluded between the bidder with the economically most advantageous offer in accordance with the award criteria and KID. The subject matter of the services to be tendered is the procurement of services for the digitisation of the existing case files and the ongoing incoming mail (scan material) of the Foreigners’ Registration Office (ABH)/LH MD, with full compliance with the applicable data protection legal requirements, as well as the strict requirement that the physical scan material and its digital copies do not, at any time, leave the legal territory of the Federal Republic of Germany (inland clause). By submitting an offer, bidders undertake to provide the necessary personnel, technical and logistical resources for the duration of the contract.
