TENDER DESCRIPTION

KID intends to award a framework contract, which will then be concluded between the bidder with the most economically advantageous tender in accordance with the award criteria and KID. The subject matter of the services being tendered is the procurement of services for the digitisation of existing files and the ongoing incoming mail (scanning material) of the Foreigners' Registration Office (ABH)/LH MD, with full compliance with the applicable data protection requirements and the strict requirement that the physical scanning material and its digital copies do not, at any time, leave the legal jurisdiction of the Federal Republic of Germany (domestic clause). By submitting their tender, bidders undertake to provide the necessary personnel, technical and logistical resources during the term of the contract.
