TENDER DESCRIPTION

Contract start/framework agreement: 30 October 2026. The contract is valid for a period of 12 months. The contract term automatically extends by one year each time, unless the client objects to the contract extension with a notice period of two months before the end of the second or third contract year. The maximum term is 4 years. Maximum value of the framework agreement: €100,000.00 net per annum. Upon reaching the maximum value, this framework agreement automatically terminates. For each print order, the contractor will receive a print-ready PDF file (print data) on the first working day (by 10 a.m.) after the order is placed. Delivery of the printed materials usually takes place no later than the 4th working day after order placement by 3 p.m. (exception: folding cards and reply cards, see performance description). Printed materials with PUR binding must be delivered no later than the 6th working day after order placement by 3 p.m. Deliveries are made free of charge to the client's office (Düsternbrooker Weg 70, 24105 Kiel).
