TENDER DESCRIPTION

Contract start / framework contract: 30 October 2026. The contract applies for a period of 12 months. The term of the contract automatically extends by one year each time unless the contracting authority objects to the contract extension with a notice period of two months before the end of the second or third contract year. The maximum term is 4 years. Maximum value of the framework agreement: EUR 100,000.00 net per year. Once the maximum value is reached, this automatically ends the framework agreement. For each printing order, the contractor shall, as a general rule, on the first working day (by 10:00 a.m.) after the order is placed, receive a print-ready PDF file (print data) from the contracting authority. Delivery of the printed materials is, as a rule, no later than the 4th working day after the order is placed by 3:00 p.m. (exception: fold-out cards and reply cards, see the description of services). Printed materials with PUR adhesive binding must be delivered no later than the 6th working day after the order is placed by 3:00 p.m. The deliveries shall be carriage paid to the contracting authority’s service address (Düsternbrooker Weg 70, 24105 Kiel).
