TENDER DESCRIPTION

Target concept - Shopping cart with 6 device classes - Uniform operation on all multifunction devices - Uniform universal driver for PCL6 & PS3 - Printing from SAP on all system types - Authentication via RFID cards / transponder authentication on all multifunction systems and integration into the central management software - Fail-safety through the use of FollowMe Print - Administrative relief through automated service management and toner distribution by the contractor - Central management of the device fleet and various print and scan workflows via a management software The following describes the main objectives of the print concept: - Providing systems for printing, copying, faxing and scanning. - Connecting and commissioning these systems and training or instructing the staff using all offered solutions. - Implementing authentication on the multifunction systems using the RFID cards / transponders in use (at least type: Mifare Classic and Desfire). - Electronic billing based on cost centers or departments via the management software offered - Implementing fleet management for the administration and monitoring of all systems offered, as well as the central administration…
