TENDER DESCRIPTION

A total of 13 sites within the city area of Düsseldorf are to be refurbished. The Contracting Authority (CA) will award the individual contracts during the term of this framework agreement to one of the framework agreement partners following the carrying out of "mini-competitions" among the framework agreement partners. The objective is to determine the efficiency standards KfW 40, 55, 70 and 85 for Contracting Party (CP) 4. For this purpose, the existing electrical engineering systems are to be checked and adapted/planned in accordance with the current rules of technology. The framework agreement has an overall term of 6 years, beginning with the award of the contract. The framework agreement will be concluded with 6 economic operators, provided that sufficient evaluable and economically viable offers from different bidders are available; if fewer than three evaluable and economically viable offers are available, LHD reserves the right to cancel the procedure.
