TENDER DESCRIPTION

A total of 13 locations within the city area of Düsseldorf are to be refurbished. The contracting authority will award the individual orders during the term of this framework agreement to one of the framework agreement partners following the conduct of “mini-competitions” among the framework agreement partners. The aim is to determine, by the contractor, efficiency standards KfW 40, 55, 70 and 85. In this process, the existing electrical engineering systems are to be checked and adapted/planned to the current rules of technology. The framework agreement has an overall term of 6 years, starting from the award of the contract. The framework agreement will be concluded with 6 economic operators, provided that sufficient evaluable and economic bids from different bidders are available; if fewer than three evaluable and economic bids are available, the LHD reserves the right to cancel the procedure. The estimated volume amounts to approximately €1,000,000 net over the term of the framework agreement of 6 years.
