Conclusion of framework agreements with 2 economic operators for the provision of external personnel services (headhunting) for filling specific specialist and management positions at the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund (locations Berlin, Brandenburg a.H., Gera, Stralsund, Würzburg, rehabilitation centres nationwide). eight positions in prominent functions at the management level F 1 and C-level (business area directors): • Department heads for the pay grade in accordance with Bes. Gr. B2/B3 of the Federal Pay Act (BBesO) or a special contract with remuneration above the collective agreement in line with Bes. Gr.
