TENDER DESCRIPTION

Conclusion of a framework agreement with 4 economic operators for the provision of external personnel services (Headhunting) for the filling of certain specialist and management positions in the German Pension Insurance Federation (locations Berlin, Brandenburg a.H., Gera, Stralsund, Würzburg, rehabilitation centers nationwide). Individual contracts are awarded in mini-competitions based on negotiated awards. All contracting partners are contacted and asked to submit new bids, with award criteria including both price and quality. During the contract period of 4 years, it is expected that approximately 16 positions will need to be filled.
