TENDER DESCRIPTION

Under this agreement, the tariff employees of the Schmalkalden municipal administration are to be given the opportunity, in accordance with TV Fahrradleasing, to use bicycles by way of leasing for both official and private purposes, including the associated insurance, training and service services. This includes in particular the processing of ordering, return and claims processing processes, maintenance and repair services, incident management as well as the provision of an online portal. With the introduction of bicycle leasing, the Schmalkalden municipal administration also intends to contribute to promoting the health of its employees and to climate and environmental protection, and to create incentives for sustainable and environmentally friendly mobility. The contracting authority employs approximately 200 tariff employees who are, as a rule, eligible. No minimum quantity of acceptance is agreed.
