TENDER DESCRIPTION

Under this agreement, the employees covered by the collective agreement of the Schmalkalden municipal administration shall be given the opportunity, pursuant to TV Fahrradleasing, to use bicycles by way of leasing for both official and private purposes, including the associated insurance, training and service benefits. This includes in particular the processing of ordering, return and damage-claims settlement processes, maintenance and repair services, incident management, and the provision of an online portal. With the introduction of bicycle leasing, the Schmalkalden municipal administration also intends to contribute to promoting the health of its employees as well as climate and environmental protection and to create incentives for sustainable and environmentally friendly mobility. The contracting authority employs approximately 200 generally eligible employees covered by the collective agreement. A minimum call-off quantity is not agreed. Based on an interests survey conducted in advance, an estimated call-off quantity of 30 bicycles is assumed.
