TENDER DESCRIPTION

For federal properties abroad, during project preparation, consulting services provided by self-employed professionals are to be used to determine requirements and satisfy them. Consulting services are also to be used in order to formulate requirements from the user, operator or client for buildings and technical installations in the form of guidelines or sample planning. For carrying out simple construction measures under Section D of RBBau at these properties, within the responsibility of the Federal Office for Foreign Affairs (BfAA), planning services provided by self-employed professionals in the service area of energy efficiency, room climate and sustainability are required. For this purpose, a framework contract with a term of 7 years is to be tendered.
