TENDER DESCRIPTION
The scope of services for the above Lot 1 mainly concerns the assessment of fitness to travel in cases where a person subject to an obligation to leave the country asserts unfitness to travel by means of a qualified medical certificate pursuant to § 60a(2c) of the Residence Act (AufenthG). As part of the medical examination, the assessment by the doctor is decisive as to whether the alleged unfitness to travel is correct and under which conditions it can be ruled out.
