TENDER DESCRIPTION
The scope of services for the above-mentioned lot 1 primarily concerns the assessment of ability to travel in the case of travel unfitness claimed by a person obliged to leave the country, using a qualified medical certificate in accordance with § 60a(2c) of the AufenthG. As part of the medical examination, the assessment by the doctor is decisive as to whether the claimed travel unfitness is accurate and under which conditions this can be addressed.
