TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procurement procedure is the award of two framework contracts with a single economic operator each for consulting and services in the Salesforce environment. The framework contracts serve to enable targeted use of support services for the further development, integration and operation of the “Salesforce landscape” used by the contracting authority. The specific individual orders will be awarded separately during the term of the contract on the basis of the respective provisions of the framework contracts. The scope of services under the framework contracts includes, in particular, two areas of performance: Consulting, introduction and further development services Support with the conception, introduction, integration and further development of the Salesforce landscape, including coordination with the participating internal and external project partners. Operational support services in system operations Provision of ad hoc support services to ensure and further develop the ongoing operation of the deployed Salesforce components.
