TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement procedure is the award of two framework contracts with one economic operator each for consulting and services in the Salesforce environment. The framework contracts are intended to enable the needs-based use of support services for the further development, integration and operation of the “Salesforce landscape” used by the contracting authority. The specific individual contracts will be awarded during the term of the contract on the basis of the respective provisions of the framework contracts by means of separate assignments. The scope of services covered by the framework contracts includes in particular two areas of service: Consulting, implementation and further development services Support with the design, introduction, integration and further development of the Salesforce landscape, including coordination with the involved internal and external project partners. Operational support services for system operation Provision of ad hoc support services to ensure and further develop the ongoing operation of the Salesforce components used.
