3. Scope of services, estimated contract value and prices The prices offered in the specifications (Leistungsverzeichnis) are understood to include all ancillary services required for complete provision of the service. In particular, these include: - Delivery free to the place of use of large equipment (e.g. parallel bars, balance beams, vaulting apparatus, etc.) and cabinets - Unpacking and disposal of the packaging material for large equipment and cabinets - Ready for use installation (assembly) in perfect and clean condition at the final place of use for large equipment and cabinets - Delivery of smaller quantities of sports teaching materials (e.g. balls, rackets, games) by postal shipment to the secretariat or to the hands of a school contact person - Informing the contracting party once 50 %, 75 % and 90 % of the framework upper limit have been reached - Annual dispatch of an evaluation regarding the assigned and invoiced orders to the contracting authority by 30.04. of the following year The quantities stated in the specifications refer to the entire service period (including the one-time optional extension) and are based on the recommendations in the brochure “Sport…
